It`s been a long time coming and I`ve finally watched it.This anime is all about a world of contractors, people who have special powers. The ignorant public has to go through their lives without any knowledge of these people. Amidst all of these, a certain contractor stands out whose name is Hei (aka Black Reaper/ Li Sengshun). Hei, together with their group that consists of a normal human who was once a police officer, an animal contractor in the form of a cat and a doll --someone who doesn`t have any emotions at all, does missions for a certain syndicate.
This anime is action-packed and is also full of emotions. I had fun watching this anime because of Hei`s kinda split personality. He has to act like an ignorant/innocent guy but is really a brutal contractor but there are lots of interesting stuff happening in this anime that you want to know more especially about how special Hei is. I also love Hei`s voice actor and the way he changes his voice as a kind guy and as a contractor who can kill without feeling anything.
Overall, I love this anime and now I`m currently watching its 2nd season.
